Ok.

As an issue of equal treatment and equal rights, though, I don't see how the person contemplating motherhood, with its very extended decades of heavy long responsibilities should suffer from diminished money from the state, compared to the aborting one.

Your direction in this seems to be that the state does not want more taxpayers and/or explorers to send to Mars.

Will the future lingua franca on Mars be Spanish, Chinese, or English?
