By the definitions provided:

Murder: The UNLAWFUL killing of a human being by another.

Abortion is LEGAL, and therefore NOT unlawful, therefore, abortion is NOT murder.

Still, there is the argument on whether or not, a human fetus is a human being. Also, by law in most states in this country, a human fetus in its first trimester of gestation is NOT a human being. (yet).

Of course, the laws are argumentative.

Some will say that a human fetus is NOT an unborn child. This is where I draw my line, and call those people "invertebrates". The unborn in its first trimester has no rights, and is protected by no law in this country.
