Okay. Does it start with our attitudes in treatment of the human foetus, or is there much more to this problem that is still hidden? Greed, maybe?

You are potentially part of the solution, unless you yourself are one of the careless and over-expedient custodians of public trust, IMO. (Boris has stated that he has family connections, a relative employed in a FBI DNA expertise connection.)
