Your post was real eye opener to me, the lengths to which people are prepared to go to, and the suffering they are willing to endure for the treatment is really astonishing.
My situation is related to my being single and celibate, that is what makes me 'Happy', this insight also helps me to accomodate other peoples sexual persuasion, for example for a homosexual man to pretend to be heterosexual, would be intolerable to him, but I dislike bi-sexuals, because of promiscuity.
The pictures you linked to, were in my view as 'genitalia' not very interesting, I don't know if they function as feminine genitalia do, but such an extreme measure seems to me to be out of proportion, and I can't help but realize that you are only in your twenties, what happens in twenty years time?
I hope you wont take offense at my questions Julie as I am sure you have passed many thoughtful hours examining your thoughts on the subject, and as I started my message with what makes me 'happy' is as important to yourself as to me.
