Thanks for an entertaining and provoking post. You're persuasive, of course -- there's no compelling reason to strictly enforce the original purpose of the Biographies board. I think less people are inclined to tell their personal stories online these days.

I guess spitting on a grave makes more sense if you believe it may hurt or insult the spirit of the dead person, down in Hell. But in that case, why spit on the grave? I imagine, that of all the objects I'm going to have relationships in life -- the one thing I will NOT give a fig about is my grave! Burning a copy of the person's book, unread, seems more likely to provoke the spirit. Or his birthplace. Or, if you really want to get serious, one of his descendants!

Very primitive thinking, in my opinion.

I find Darren relentlessly depressing, always negative, always in opposition to something (and nothing more than homosexuality, which is just another form of love, IMO). I consider him a great big stinkin' downer, and therefore, I might be biased in my desire to see the rules applied against him.
