During the Holocaust, millions of people were MURDERED. To not have capital punishment for the murderers would be quite absurd. When it comes to very strict gun laws, the laws in Japan are much stricter than the Nazi gun laws. What difference does that make? If you gave the Jews 200 million handguns, they still would have no chance against the German Army during World War II,
