Is he innocent?

MOST LIKELY NOT.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much going on for waaaaaaaaaaaay to long to be ignored.

The fact that he is a bit wierd, (by conventional standards), doesn't help his case. Then there is the media frenzy, and the notoriety influence, and the band plays on.

There seems to be more than ample eveidence that he is likely perverted, and is NOT a person to be trusted to be alone with young boys.

Will he change his lifestyle? Likely NOT! Persons of this persuasion are VDC's, (Very Difficult Customers), and change in thier behavior WILL NOT COME from disclpinary means. They will only learn what NOT to do to keep from geting caught.

This is a discpline that has serious psychological aspects to it that are HIGHLY resistant to change.

And what is even less understandable is that these persons in many other aspects of their life appear only to be eccentric, or eratic, and to be non-threatning to people other than themselves.

The more idealistic their image tends to be, or the role they play in society, the more trusted they become. Take those of the pulpit, or those of law enforcement. Often what lurks behind those doors is MOST often known ONLY to them.

So what do you do with them? When the evidence is presented to make the case, then REMOVE them from society. If they are treatable, treat them. If not, incarserate them.

Punishment will not bring reward for anyone. It may FEEL good to those on the outside but it will remain palliative and not solve the issues.

I do not expect my opinions to be accepted by the un-informed or the un-educated, SO BE it. This is not a topic that is easy to process for religionists, OR the Bigots, or the Fascists. So be it.
