I have observed it before, Skibummer loosely and incorrectly using debating terminology in his posts.

He needed to be called on his repeated flawed practise. Very likely, Skibummer has no coherent ans-ewer, either, just some more methane gas.

In brief: Skibummer, of Privy's Corner Virginia, is just trying to have a field day with his low-nitrogen-content chicken manure spreader.

Hey, I'm obviously kidding about where he lives, exactly, but I think the rest is close. '-)

(added) Although this post is not a doctoral thesis, it does mention Skibummer and circularity. Note Skibummer's insipid low-traction response.
