Well, yes, it is good to be busy, unless the crocodiles are bothering you while you try to drain the swamp.

Regarding corporeal punishment, if the disciplined person laughs, instead of the "normal" immature baby-cry, is it time to find another device? That worked for one mid-childhood friend of mine.

Corporeal punishment is still legal in one state, at least, I was told by a school system employee.

A grade schooler I recently discussed self defense with knew more about how to hold her fist when hitting someone than I did. I suggested holding the hand/knuckle bones straight, in line with the arm, but a teacher at school went one better, and had suggested a simultaneous rotation of the fist to her.

In brief: I have high expectations from the hand-held video game crowd, and they are in an information network that eclipses that of some of their parents.

Corollary: Corporeal punishment is too good for some of the semi-successful computer malware distributors, maybe the "next" generation will find a way to really burn their modems.
