Wow! I am shocked by your post. You say these people are your friends and even know about an arranged rape. I have to ask how do you live with yourself? If you know it's happening and don't do something to stop it you are as guilty as the person committing the act IMO. I just can not see how you would know this is happening and allow children to be raped. Do you think it is okay for adults to be raping children and if not how do you justify not doing something to stop it? I think maybe you need to get some help yourself for allowing this behavior to happen.
Maybe I'm wrong but I think what you're doing by allowing this is criminal and should be punished as well. I am sure you disagree but I would like a response. I also know your post is old so maybe things have changed.
