Actually, taking only one cell would be very close, but you would not be there yet. Replacing BOTH sets of chromosomes would be needed in order to clone. If you replace the chromosomes from only ONE cell, that would be very similar to creating a test tube child with you being one of the parent. In cloning, you would be both of the "parents".
