AIDS was first recognized in the U.S. in 1981, and the word "AIDS" was coined in 1982. I have NEVER hear of the gays being "all in agreement that Aids was being downloaded into the eager mass of do it to me psychologically bio altered organisms," not from gay and gay-friendly sources nor from anti-gay and gay-hostile sources, so that is your own unique and remarkably enigmatic invention.

And, the historical evidence does not support your contention that the media was screaming epidemic before the medical community. In point of fact, the mainstream media made only occasional mention of the issue until it started threatening people besides gays. Then, suddenly, with it threatening the nation's blood supply and striking cute little kids who were dependant on blood products - and therefore unmistakeably innocent - it became worthy of headlines.

Now what DID happen was that the discovery of this disease in America's midst coincided with the Reagan presidency. The American government under Reagan was reluctant to publicize or put money toward researching an illness that, in the early years, was considered a "gay disease". However, the government's silence in no way reflected the opinion of the larger medical and scientific community.

"Robbins’s claim fails because the Hobbs Act does not apply when the National Government is the intended beneficiary of the allegedly extortionate acts."

WILKIE ET AL. v. ROBBINS. David H. Souter, Justice, U.S. Supreme Court
with John Roberts, Antonin Scalia, Anthony Kennedy,
Clarence Thomas, Stephen Breyer, and Samuel Alito concurring.
