This appears to be a rather disciplined Canadian study.


I note that drugs and alcohol are about 10+ times as costly to society one year.
That is, as compared to (illegal?) “drugs”.

Priorities? It would be interesting to compare incarceration figures, with the USA, too.

I expect numbers to be higher in the USA.
