Well, yes, I guess it would be smart to cook your chemicals in damage-resistant caves or bunkers with better than average ventilation systems.

Maybe there ARE some grannies who are still trying to pay off a mortgage, in which case, it's either sub-let to keep up the payments, sell the heirlooms, other treasures and keepsakes of a lifetime, or risk losing it.

It is not exactly a given that people stay forever in a nursing facility, you know, and the pets still need a place to live.
