Firstly....sanctions are applied against nations not willing to 'bend' to the democratic enforcements. Then war!

I believe that the time has arrived, for the world to employ a universal sanction against Japan. It's pretty simple really.
"We will not buy a Japanese car until the slaughter of whales & dolphins ceases!"
