Edit
I think there is evidence that George W. Bush has been skeptical that global warming is a serious problem and that human activity is actually contributing to it. The evidence I refer to is the revision of documents reporting the findings of experts which have been modified from their original versions before release to the public. I think he is wrong in his position on global warming. But a reference to "George Bush's global warming" seems to place too much blame on his shoulders!

Second question: What evidence is there that global warming is increasing the frequency of earthquakes? Are earthquakes really happening more frequently? Or is it that we are more aware of them because of increased population density and increased sensitivity of our observation methods?

Anyway, it seems you're giving George more credit than he deserves!
