Rather than a "boat", it would suffice to have large platform,supported by hi tech bladders and driven both by wind and solar powered high torque-low RPM props that swivel. Plenty of deck room for tennis,kite flying,jogging,and growing vegetables. A Sea worthy Riviera with plenty of pasta and fish.
