I've prayed to some of them! I'm pagan, dude! But then, the idea that the deity/ies might be limited, fallible, etc. or indeed might simply not put homo sapiens at the top of Her/Their priority list tends not to be received very well. We humans are a bit short in the humility department, tend to see the universe as revolving around us, despite the evidence to the contrary. Anyway, pretty much the conventional debate boils down to all or none, so that's the audience I tend to address. Me, I would have said I.D. is as stupid as Creationism.
