I read a book by a very popular American woman author who wrote a lot of historical novels about historical figures, such as Saul-Paul, who lived in the same era as did Yeshua of Gallillee. The book was about a bequest by a wealthy American who left money to build a sanctuary in a park where people were invited to pray. The sanctuary had a statue in it of what people would guess was Jesus Christ. The book describes the observations, real and imaginary, of the people who would visit this statue and pray. The name of the author escapes my memory at this time. what's this
