No sir, that would NOT fit well with Uncle Samuel's ideological simplicities, the present outcome of which is an income/capital apartheid in which leading thinkers are too exhausted to recognize that race is not the issue any more and the prison population swells to the highest among Western countries. How much different is the current trend from that of the Soviets in the 1930s, when Uncle Samuels were treading sheep tracks away from FDR's salutary New Deal?"
