War of attrition, with civilian populations targeted as a matter of course, was the initial undermining of America. The troops returned, drug addicted and tortured by systematic murder of civilians. The Pol Pot Massacres were a continuance of this form of warfare.
Following Vietnam, we engaged in repeated war on Civilians. Chile was planned and implemented by American advisors, Central America, Afghanistan, Iraq,Serbia, East Timor,El Salvador,Panama, and others in the planning stage - including Peru,Colombia,and Ecuador.
