Remi's occupational life was as a counsellor, I recall. The main page has indicated the Ph.D. He is also visibly Ph.D.-level awesome formidable in various hard and softer science topics, sailing, radio, music, ?(what kind of) programming ?philosophy, as reflected even by his rather astute very timely board topic/position selections.

He has been credibly/understandably aloof, naturally from some of the hijinks and mischief occurring at TT, evidently has better fish to fry, much of the time. When Remi seems dogmatically possibly *worng*, I *yam* willing to snipe at him, but I hope he realises that it is just about as harmless, although revealing, as the Bosnia sniper that was shooting at Hillary "Mitty".

I yam located in the NW USofA, and from the onset here, late 1990s, have preferred to maintain an anonymity because it allows me to more freely express my social critic self. Naturally, over the years, I unavoidably salt my posts with lots of clues and also some red-herrings, (to conceal or reinforce some point) and I realise also that absolute anonymity on the internet is only a court-ordered subpoena away, already well known to my political allies in the injection moulded recycled plastic tableware factory (now mercifully displaced to the orient) where I never really worked. The challenge here, as elsewhere in our ?individual unique universes, is somehow achieving substantive bootstrap content, and generating interest on my investments, by manipulating the (idea)stock market through Google search engine word-frequency studies, while meeting some familiar friends-adversaries/adversaries-friends. Also, I find TT to be useful as another device to train/motivate me on ?constructive use of search engines in our formidably multiplying web information resources, even as we squeak.
