It's actually naive to completely trust a jury of 12 to easily do the right thing. If you are dead, maybe it doesn't matter if it is even a two-hand carry.

I assume you aren't forgetting that a viable defense probably will cost you a bundle, since prosecutors (snicker, NY Gov. Spitzer) have so much *prestige*.

Do you have *that* kind of "prestige"? Maybe it's not always desirable.
