 I've heard about HAARP, and would be disposed to try "intelligent" discussion, as a radio transmission, red-herring, invisible communication, and scientific topic, if you have any.

My initial reaction to "chemtrails" is that it is akin to mouse milk in truth/significance. So, I did not study your link, brushed it off, perhaps unfairly.
