Rules of behavior; You get what you tolerate! If you don't like it, change what you tolerate! First time, 'turn' the other cheek, and be/remain civil, and explain what was misunderstood or unacceptable. BUT only do this twice! More times than that, you end up teaching the other what they can ge away with! Up the anti until you get the respect you ask! Increase the penalty until it becomes greater than the reward the other is seeking! |
