When Boeing Airplane Company moved headquarters from Seattle to Chicago, after acquiring/merging with McDonnel Douglas (Saint Louis), I kind of cavalierly prejudicially wizenedly assumed it was some kind of aversion for the general degenerate decayed state of Washington governance and politics, which even elected a cancer patient to the current governor's office in a squeaker close election, ?tie broken by Seattle.

Your article link is somewhat helpful in estimating which cities have "carrots" and which one have sticks. I note with interest there that goats as pets have been legalised in Seattle, to allow the *legal* composting of their waste for gardens.

Eat your heart out, Chicago stockyards, composting competition is nipping at your heels.
