I have come to the conclusion that diphthong lexicon carries more authority than ordinary speech. Obama is terribly deficient in this highly effective mode of speech communication. I assert that he would be way out of the woods, regarding mistrust and suspicion, if he were more fluent in diphthongese and related communication technology. People listen up when the speaker is more adept at employing this very advanced form of verbal communication. OK, Clinton was sometimes able to infuse this with Harvardease and actually gain some gravitas - but it didn't keep him out of the impeachment lock down. Bush was an absolute adept, but everyone knew he was lying anyway, so it only helped him become more frustrated sounding - or whiny, as it were. Remember - the lower one is on the socio-military-political totem, the more power is available with Diphthongese.
