One wants to use intellectual caution whe setting precedents or inferences to give interpretation of whatever message or definition.

When a person has a set image/definition in place and when an activating event takes place the first happening is the 'perception' of the event.

NOW the next is the evaluation of said event, and this is where it starts looking for which path to travel. When the mind functions from a 'Trained/Learned' position this important "Evaluation" process becomes an 'automatic' leap to the NEXT step which is 'judgement' which can be and usually is the 'holding' of the original perception as being 'tangible'.

Persons with "self-esteem" have a particular problem at this point in that for the most part their 'thinking' is intertwined with their 'autonomy'. In other words their 'thinking' becomes a prop for their Autonomy. Dichotomy takes over. It becomes 'on top', or 'flop'. The reaction becomes a defense of the 'self' rather than a defense of their thinking.

When challenged they are quick to come up with palliative 'intellectual' thought/understanding to ease the pain but clearly leave the disturbing thoughts of 'worth' alive and kicking! This is what is referred to as the 'in-elegant' solution.

Now lets go back to the 'evaluation' phase. Most people have a real problem with comprehension at this point. When perception takes place, and it can be sight, sound, taste, or even intuition this is what is referred to as the activating "event", or the "A". of the A,B,C's of thought process.

Now on to the "B" which is also the 'evaluation' phase. If People could go back to the Bible Script that exclaims "Unless You Become as a Child in no Way Shall You Enter the Kingdom of Heaven"!

Laaa Teee Daaa Unless you move past YOUR Bias and Prejudice of life experiences you are NOT going to be available to RATIONAL evaluations of the perceived event. Like a virus in a computer this will become the Sargent of arms playing sheriff of the domain.

Following this will be the ‘judgement’ setting in place the Consequence/Emotion at point “C”.

Work Your Ass off to do what it takes to get a clear ‘understand’ that your ‘emotions’ ARE “NOT” caused by the activating event!

Your ‘emotions’ are a result of your “B” or evaluation of the event! GET SERIOUS NOW! If the SAME event were to happen to five different people, and at the same time, under the same circumstances with the same intensity you would get five different emotional reactions from them.

It is the ‘evaluation’, the “B” that drives the bus!! If one wants to get past unnecessary strife in life then get busy and do some re-training of the bus driver! As in try to start making more rational ‘evaluations’!

This in no way is meant to construe that I am suggesting to eliminate ‘emotions’, nothing could be farther from the truth! What I am suggesting is that a person would be better to spend some time/effort to better manage emotions rather than to continue to allow the emotions to manage the person!
