So, good, you are not really tempting fate all across the whole health-fitness spectrum. You can keep on praying that they will put tobacco on the "good" list. Alcohol, we know now, *can* lower cholesterol.

I keep my olive oil in the refrigerator for freshness, and to retard oxidation. It solidifies. Then, as today, we took it out and warmed it up for use, poured some into a smaller bottle.
