I see today that the body builders do praise creatine, FWIW, from first-hand experience and testing. It's the long term effects of use that are unknown.

Milk is for babies and people with blood type B, which is friendly to the probiotic milk bacteria.

I believe/understand that reducing sodium there is good, for lower blood pressure, also, it gives the dietary potassium a better chance at regulating a healthy cellular-wall chemistry.

Oatmeal cuts your cholesterol, and maybe there's a significant difference between feed lot food animals and wild ones. The omega oils balance with wild is better.
