Sometimes an incomplete post that I have been working on is recoverable with resorting to the "history" pull down. Other times, not.

I find it convenient to "leave", go away from a post reply page sometimes to gather up support, and that usually works. Success in that seems to be quite dependent on computer RAM (volatile memory size).(More is better, yes.)

The "infallible" alternative is to compose a post in a word-processing window, and then copy-paste the final polished product to TT, but, but, but, that's w-a-a-ay too easy.

I am not dismissing your "illusions" of "imps" out of hand, since there is hacker software for reading your individual key strokes.

First, splurge and try more computer RAM, idle suggestion that costs ME nothing, before working up to the memory management or keystroke intruder theories?
