  • Develop engaging content across various channels (website, social media, email) that captures the unique value proposition of independent schools and resonates with prospective families.
  • Craft compelling website copy, blog posts, social media content, and other marketing materials that showcase our clients’ academic excellence, extracurricular offerings, and vibrant school community.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the independent school admissions process and parents’ challenges in considering independent schools.
  • Partner with our team to develop data-driven content strategies aligned with our clients’ enrollment goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest independent school admissions trends and parental decision-making factors.
  • Collaborate with admissions teams and school leadership to ensure content accurately reflects the school’s mission and offerings.


  • Mandatory: Minimum of 2 years of experience in independent schools or education companies, focusing on marketing, admissions, communications, or a similar role within an education-based organization. 
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience crafting compelling content that resonates with parents considering independent schools.
  • Strong understanding of the independent school or education marketing landscape, including trends and parental decision-making factors.
  • Ability to translate complex educational concepts into clear, concise, and engaging messaging for parents unfamiliar with private schools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team in a virtual environment.
