Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact. You will be responsible for crafting, executing, and optimizing high-impact campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn, helping us achieve strategic objectives for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, launch, analyze, and update paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies for SEO, email marketing, and content marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, optimizing strategies to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals.
- Track performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing initiatives.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategies.
Who You Are
- Experienced & Data-Driven – At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting, with a strong grasp of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinker – You excel in analyzing data, identifying trends, and adjusting strategies to drive better outcomes.
- Detail-Oriented & Results-Driven – You’re committed to delivering exceptional results with accuracy and high-quality work.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated – You take initiative, solve problems independently, and seek out opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
- Team Player with Strong Communication Skills – You thrive in a collaborative environment and work well with others while also managing tasks independently.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in search, display, and social media marketing
- Experience in SEO, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or similar platforms.
- A background in education marketing or a solid understanding of the education industry is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in an agency setting is strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 USD (for U.S.-based employees)
- For global applicants, compensation will be adjusted based on the local cost of living and market rates in the applicant’s location. This ensures fair and competitive pay based on regional standards.
