What You’ll Do

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll support our production and strategy teams by ensuring campaigns are expertly built, maintained, and optimized. You’ll collaborate with multiple team members and uphold Truth Tree’s high standard of quality.

Your responsibilities include:

Google Ads Management (Primary)

  • Build, launch, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience building, and competitive analysis.
  • Maintain clean, accurate campaign structures rooted in best practices.
  • Monitor daily performance and flag trends, issues, or opportunities proactively.
  • Implement A/B tests across ads, keywords, targeting, and landing pages.

Cross-Channel Digital Support

  • Assist in Meta ads setup and optimization as needed (training provided).
  • Upload ad copy, creative assets, and tracking elements with precision and consistency.

Quality Control & Documentation

  • Use Truth Tree’s checklists, SOPs, and QA processes to ensure error-free execution.
  • Document updates, decisions, and performance insights for team visibility.
  • Uphold Truth Tree’s craftsmanship standards in all campaign elements.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Lead Production Specialists, copywriters, and strategists.
  • Communicate blockers early and ask clarifying questions when something is unclear.
  • Participate in team improvement efforts, including improving documentation or processes.

Reporting & Insights

  • Assist in data pulls and preliminary insights for client reports.
  • Surface performance patterns or anomalies that help guide strategy.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ year hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Understanding of SEM best practices, quality score, bidding strategies, and targeting
  • Strong data accuracy, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to follow detailed processes and use checklists effectively
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving, feedback-rich environment

Preferred

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency
  • Understanding of Meta Ads
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp is a big plus!)
  • Google Ads certifications
  • Exposure to SEO, content marketing, or analytics platforms
  • Prior experience in a private school marketing and/or admissions department
