The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Strategist to drive new business growth for our digital marketing services — building pipeline, leading sales conversations, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage new school partners to build a healthy pipeline, with a focus on expanding into higher education and international markets
- Run discovery calls to understand prospects’ goals, challenges, and current marketing efforts
- Deliver tailored recommendations that communicate ROI, expected outcomes, and strategic value
- Navigate multi-stakeholder decisions and close new business consistently against monthly and quarterly targets
- Partner with the Director of Marketing and Sales and the executive team to ensure smooth post-sale handoffs and share market feedback
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in edtech or digital marketing
- Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and close business
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate marketing services into clear business value
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM
Nice to Have
- Experience selling digital marketing services to schools or education organizations
- Familiarity with consultative or solution-based sales methodologies
- Background working with mission-driven organizations
