My primary responsibility is your smooth transition through our onboarding process. Digital marketing platforms continuously modify and update their policies and standards, so I ensure we meet those standards and always remain compliant.

With an extensive marketing and business administration background, I revel in taking complex problems, breaking them down, and developing creative and strategic solutions. This part of my work is essential to help our partners achieve their enrollment goals.

I have worked in social media management, brand awareness and my favorite- digital advertisements! I like to keep up to date on digital marketing trends and even have a small group of friends based in digital marketing where we gather and share our thoughts on our work and findings. I love to be creative and develop something that I can be proud of. 

 

When I'm not working on the next big thing in digital marketing, I like to get outside with my rescue dog, Milo.

Trevor Waddington, Principal

I am an Educational Entrepreneur and outcome-driven fanatic! Before founding Truth Tree, I was an independent school director of admission, marketing, communications, financial aid...you get the picture. I was also a summer camp counselor, marketing guy, and director. Early on, I made decisions that felt right. I went with my gut.

 

Today I'm a family man, author, speaker, innovator, and action leader in the advancement of independent education. Decisions that work come from data-driven research, analysis, and testing. Decisions at home are made by my family. I'm just along for the ride.

Liz Yee, Director of Innovation

For the past 15 years, I have successfully led independent schools, charter schools, and universities in award-winning admissions, financial aid, retention, marketing, and branding efforts. I've been in the trenches—giving tours, developing marketing strategies, crunching numbers, and strategizing to grow enrollment. I know the pressures (and joys!) schools face and am ready to lend my expertise to Truth Tree partners.
